NASCAR PINTY Series rookie Brandon Watson won pole position for the NASCAR Pinty's Championship Round race after outdueling the #8 car of Raphael Lessard. Watson qualified first with a time of 18.89 seconds and set a new track record as well.

Treyten Lapcevich who was fastest in practice qualified fourth and is looking to finish the season on a high note.

Marc-Antoine Camirand qualified eighth and will have some ground to cover if he wants to win his maiden NASCAR Pinty Series Title. Camirand comfortably sits 33 points above Kevin Lacroix in the championship standings.

Jake Sheridan after putting in a solid lap time during qualifying nearly lost it the next lap and had a slow spin at turn four. Luckily, the Scherb’a Great Flooring Driver saved it and was able to keep it out of the wall.

Expect a close battle between the top three of Watson, Lessard and Donald Theege. As well as Camirand and Lapcevich making their presence felt at the front. Stay tuned for a full post-race recap later tonight.
