Kansas City Chiefs (9-1) @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-4)
Vegas Picks: KC -3
Goldie’s Take: Chiefs Win 33-27
The Kansas City Chiefs have lost only one game in the last calendar year. They are the best team in football. They have the best quarterback in football along with one of the best coaches in football. A 43-year-old Tom Brady does not scare them. Mahomes and the Chiefs take care of business in Tampa Bay.
Goldie’s Upset of the Week
Tennessee Titans (7-3) @ Indianapolis Colts (7-3)
Vegas Picks: IND -3
Goldie’s Take: Titans Win 26-23
AFC South rivals battle it out as 1st place is on the line. Both teams enter this game coming off big time OT victories that have kept these two teams neck and neck atop the division. Derrick Henry continues to be unstoppable on the ground, and he’ll look to get revenge for the subpar performance he turned in the last time these two teams squared off. The Colts defense will get worn down during the course of the game by the power rushing of Derrick Henry. Mike Vrabel and the Titans go in and steal a close one in Indy to take back the division.
Crazy Uncle Jeff’s Lock of the Week: MIA -6.5
Miami Dolphins (6-4) @ New York Jets (0-10)
Vegas Picks: MIA -6.5
Goldie’s Take: Dolphins Win 23-10
Uncle Jeffy is feeling himself a bit after his 3-0 start, so he’s decided to raise the stakes this week with a Two-Lock Thanksgiving Special. In the early window, he’s got the Fins pounding the Jets. The Dolphins high powered defense should shut down the Jets 32nd ranked offense. Sam Darnold has struggled against the Dolphins in his career with a TD/INT ratio of an ugly 4/9. This weekend should prove no different, as Miami will look to bounce back after that terrible performance against the Broncos last week. Tua Tagovailoa, listed as Doubtful to play, means it’s most likely Fitzmagic time for Miami. Dolphins get a big time win as Dolphins D/ST fantasy owners rejoice.
Crazy Uncle Jeff’s Lock of the Week
New Orleans Saints (8-2) @ Denver Broncos (4-6)
Vegas Picks: NO -6
Goldie’s Take: Saints Win 24-13
Part Two of Uncle Jeff’s Turkey Day special he’s a big believer in that Saints defense to do it again, and lead them to victory. (And this was before the Broncos had no quarterbacks.) The Saints should have a field day against this undermanned Broncos team. This N’awlins defensive unit has held their opponents to under 14 points in three consecutive contests.. They are no joke, and also the Taysom Hill at QB seems to be working. This Saints team stays red hot and gets a W in the Mile High City.
Los Angeles Chargers (3-7) @ Buffalo Bills (7-3)
Vegas Picks: BUF -4
Goldie’s Take: Bills Win 26-20
Bills come into this one after a bye week. They’ll be playing at home and will be well rested. Their last game ended in heartbreaking fashion with a last second hail mary for Deandre Hopkins and the Cardinals. The Bills well balanced attack will have a solid day, considering Chargers defensive star Melvin Ingram will be out with an injury. The Chargers had a tough time closing out the Jets last weekend. Their unfortunate season continues this Sunday with a tough matchup with the Bills. Nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills.
Carolina Panthers (4-7) @ Minnesota Vikings (4-6)
Vegas Picks: MIN -3
Goldie’s Take: Vikings Win 31-29
Although the Panthers did pitch a shutout last week, Carolina stays one of the weaker defenses in the league this year. Stopping Dalvin Cook is going to be a problem for them. This will mark Teddy Bridgewater’s first game as starting QB in Minnesota since that horrific injury he suffered there in 2016. I think Teddy has a solid day in his return, but loses to the Vikes in a pretty offensive game.
Cleveland Browns (7-3) @ Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9)
Vegas Picks: CLE -7
Goldie’s Take: Browns Win 26-17
The Browns defense is going to be the X factor this weekend. The Jags have been struggling all season to move the football and they will be starting QB Mike Glennon, who hasn’t started a game since 2017. Cleveland also has one of the best one-two punches in the league at the running back position with Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. If the Browns stick to their game plan they should have no issues beating the lackluster Jags.
New York Giants (3-7) @ Cincinnati Bengals (2-7-1)
Vegas Picks: NYG -6
Goldie’s Take: Giants Win 26-14
This Giants team continues to improve as they look better and better every week. They still are very much in the race for 1st place in the joke of a division they play in. I believe in this Giants team. I believe in Joe Judge. He has them playing hard, he has the players believing in themselves. They’ve got a tough schedule coming up so they must be viewing this one as a must win. Cincy’s offense will be greatly impacted after the injury of star rookie quarterback Joe Burrow. Giants improve to 4-7 to keep pace with Washington.
Arizona Cardinals (6-4) @ New England Patriots (4-6)
Vegas Picks: ARI -1.5
Goldie’s Take: Cardinals Win 30-26
The Pats are going to struggle against mobile QBs this season. They struggled last week against Deshaun Watson, and they’ll have a hard time this week against Kyler Murray and Arizona’s explosive offensive attack. Cardinals offense outscores Cam Newton and the Pats in Foxboro.
Las Vegas Raiders (6-4) @ Atlanta Falcons (3-7)
Vegas Picks: LV -3
Goldie’s Take: Raiders Win 34-27
Derek Carr and the Raiders have found themselves right in the thick of the playoff race after 10 games this season. They have played well recently, including a heartbreaking loss to the Chiefs last week. Although the Raiders lost, they still went toe to toe with arguably the best team in football. On the other hand the Falcons have been wildly inconsistent this season. They have shown the ability to score points though. Raiders win this in a shootout.
San Francisco 49ers (4-6) @ Los Angeles Rams (7-3)
Vegas Picks: LAR -6.5
Goldie’s Take: Rams Win 23-16
The Rams defense has been starting to put the league on notice this season. They shut down the Tom Brady-led Buccaneers last week, and they have allowed the least passing TDs in the NFL this year. Their defensive unit is in line for another strong day facing off against a Nick Mullens-led 49ers team. Rams win this divisional tilt at home.
Chicago Bears (5-5) @ Green Bay Packers (7-3)
Vegas Picks: GB -9.5
Goldie’s Take: Packers Win 28-20
The Bears QB cycle continues this Sunday as Mitch Trubisky will be under center for Chicago. The Packers D is coming into this game hot after feasting on rookie QB Jake Luton for Jacksonville. They will look to have the same swagger this Sunday against Mitch Trubisky. I’m predicting at east one Rodgers to Adams TD and the Packers to get a win at Lambeau.
Seattle Seahawks (7-3) @ Philadelphia Eagles (3-6-1)
Vegas Picks: SEA -5.5
Goldie’s Take: Seahawks Win 34-28
Carson Wentz turned in one of his worst performances of the season last weekend, throwing two INTs in the loss to Cleveland. Granted the eagles roster is just not that talented. Wentz has no solid weapons on offense, except maybe his TE Zach Ertz. The Eagles need offensive weapons. Russell Wilson and the Seahawks win as the Eagles won’t be able to keep pace.
Baltimore Ravens (6-4) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (10-0)
Vegas Picks: PIT -4.5
Goldie’s Take: Steelers Win 26-21
This game has been rescheduled twice due to COVID outbreaks within the Ravens organization. There’s no way the Ravens are going to be able to prepare for the 10-0 Pittsburgh Steelers with all that mayhem going on. MVP Lamar Jackson is even one of the players who tested positive. No matter how many times they postpone this one, Stelelers are walking away with a victory.
