Diffusing Dynamite Nov. 10

The final show before Full Gear was epic

(AEW)

By: Gavin Axelrod

The final episode of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Dynamite before the Full Gear Pay-Per-View was live from Indianapolis Wednesday night.

Wednesday’s card saw Daniel Bryna face Rocky Romero, PAC take on Dax Harwood and a contract signing between Kenny Omega and Hangman Page before their match at Full Gear.

Elsewhere on the show, The Inner Circle was obliterated, TayJay and Thunder Rosa won in trios action, Wardlow defeated Wheeler Yuta and Lio Rush and Dante Martin scored a victory.

As always Gavin Axelrod and Joseph Casciaro have you covered on all things AEW!

Bryan Danielson’s hot streak continues

(AEW)

It was another banger from Bryan Danielson Wednesday night, who took on New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s (NJPW) Rocky Romero.

The two are LA Dojo originals and had great chemistry in this match. It was a contest where Romero could showcase his impressive technical wrestling skills, especially for many fans that may only know him as a manager or commentator.

However, for Bryan this match might’ve hindered him before his big clash with Miro coming up at Full Gear.

Was Bryan overzealous by accepting the match with Romero? Well, we’ll have to find out Saturday.

PAC and Dax Harwood deliver

(AEW)

These two rivals put on an absolute clinic Wednesday night and if you missed the match, do yourself a favour and watch it.

PAC and Harwood started with a slow build, but the tension exploded toward the end of the match. Our highlight of the night was Hardwood’s rebound Liger Bomb, which looked absolutely vicious.

The finish was also a nice layer of storytelling. PAC put Harwood in his brutalizer submission and he tapped out instantly.

After the match, all hell broke loose. Andrade El Idolo and Malakai Black showed up to beat down PAC. In response, Cody Rhodes and the Lucha Brothers made the save.

The segment ended with the good guys standing tall and FTR scrambling ahead of their match at Full Gear.

We’re proud of you Hangman and we mean it

(AEW)

The ending to Wednesday’s show was a segment for the ages. Adam Page and Kenny Omega are set to end a chapter in one of AEW’s longest stories. But our hunch is this story is far from over.

If the segment was scored in points, Page easily won on the microphone. He was fired up and even invoked the name of Omega’s old partner, Kota Ibushi.

However, Omega’s a smart guy and always has a plan. Toward the end of the segment, a cameraman appeared who was revealed to be Don Callis. Omega’s manager has been off TV for the better part of six weeks.

Callus jumped Page with a camera and left him beaten, battered and bloodied. To end the contract signing, Omega marked his end of the deal in Hangman’s blood.
